Have you ever hit your elbow on the funny bone, its not funny and it sends an electrical shock up your arm. The Chinese have known for thousands of years about the body's flow of energy. When the body's energy is not flowing properly organs and cells cannot communicate and that leads to a breakdown in the body (dis-ease).

The Chinese have practice a form of healing for thousands of years called Acupuncture. An Acupuncturist places fine needles in the meridians of the body to restore the flow of energy in the body where the body can start communicating with itself to bring healing. The Bible tells us we are wonderfully made. Ps.139:14

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a cousin to acupuncture, tapping on the body's meridians and uses no needles!

If the body's energy system is not flowing properly due to feelings of Anger, Abandonment, Shame, Fear, Powerlessness, Tainted, Invalidation and Confusion we cannot hear from God correctly.

It has been in my experience when praying with someone and they have a blockage of forgiving for instance. I instruct the person (if willing) to tap on their meridians of EFT, it seems to help the person move from the blockage of unforgiving to a willingness to forgive state of mind.

When we return to prayer the person seems to move forward in hearing from the Lord or sensing peace about that particular feeling. I call it a window of opportunity for the person to experience or hear from the Lord.

EFT is a tool.
